# Founder Keys

The Founder Keys are a collection of 20,000 token-backed Memberships represented by an NFT. These NFTs are non-transferable for a period of 3 months, and will be rewarded with 6,000 ORANGE tokens over 12 monthly payments. The Founder Keys’ holders will share in approximately 12% of the total ORANGE supply.
